PoolVisit Reports is currently a free beta validation MVP. This page explains what the site collects while signup and report previews are being tested.
If you sign up or submit a form, we collect lead details such as your name, email address, company name, approximate pool count, and any message you provide. If you add customers or create a report preview, we store the customer/report fields and uploaded service photos you enter so we can validate whether the workflow is useful.
We use signup, lead, and report-preview details to measure demand, improve the free beta, troubleshoot the report flow, and contact you about PoolVisit Reports if appropriate.
The site uses simple first-party aggregate counters for page views and form submissions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in this MVP.
No payment or credit card is collected during the free beta. Paid plans may be considered later only after the product is validated.
Use the site form if you want your details removed or updated during the validation period.
