PoolVisit Reports stores the workspace, customer, service-report, and photo details needed to create professional pool service reports for your customers.
If you sign up or submit a form, we collect lead details such as your name, email address, company name, approximate pool count, and any message you provide. If you add customers or create reports, we store the customer/report fields and uploaded service photos you enter so the product can generate hosted reports, PDFs, and email delivery.
We use workspace and report details to operate PoolVisit Reports, deliver customer reports, troubleshoot the service, improve the workflow, and contact you about your workspace when appropriate.
The site uses simple first-party aggregate counters for page views and form submissions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
No payment or credit card is collected during the free beta. If paid plans are introduced later, users will be told before billing is enabled.
